We are happy to support and maintain our work for as long as you will have us. We're open to any sort of arrangement from a small change once in a while up to and including staffing someone on site on a full or part time basis to assume the role of your in-house webmaster.

Maintenance typically falls into one of two options:

As Needed

Maintaining your website on an “As Needed” basis means we are available to perform whatever it is that you need done, when you need it done. For this service, we charge a set hourly rate with a one hour minimum per service request.

SLA (Service Level Agreement)

The only difference between maintenance on an 'As Needed' basis and our SLA is that in exchange for a monthly commitment of at least one hour, we waive the one hour billing minimum. The hourly rate is the same, but you agree to pay for one hour each month (6 month minimum).

What this means is that anytime you have a service request, we simply keep track of the time it took to make the changes. You can typically get 5-6 minor requests out of this hour (whereas if you made those 5 or 6 requests without a plan, you'd be charged for 5-6 hours).

If your service requests are going to take more than one hour, we’ll provide you with a fixed price estimate so you don't end up spending $500 on something you thought would take 15 minutes to do.
